Noureen has been a popular American actor with Indian roots that was born in New York City in 1984 and raised in Georgia. Her parents, who come natives of Pune, India have two sisters she is in love with. The family was fortunate enough to be able to go to the top American school because their parents were determined to provide the best for them. Noureen is one of the Marathi Indian with Indian heritage. The two sisters she has are the best of friends she has and are always there for each other. She also speaks Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu as well as English fluently. After graduation, Noureen moved into Los Angeles in order to develop her acting career. She felt that she was in the right place.
